Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the construction of integrated voice, data, image, and multimedia business networks for buildings and building complexes, this specification is formulated. 1.0.2 This specification applies to the design of new, expanded, or renovated building and building complex integrated wiring systems. 1.0.3 The construction of integrated wiring system facilities should be incorporated into the corresponding planning and design of buildings and building complexes. The design should be based on the nature, function, environmental conditions, and short- and long-term user needs of the project, and should consider the convenience of construction and maintenance to ensure the quality and safety of the integrated wiring system project, making it technologically advanced and economically reasonable. 1.0.4 The integrated wiring system should be planned and designed in coordination with the wiring of information network systems, security technology prevention systems, and building equipment monitoring systems, and should meet the information transmission requirements of each system to achieve a rational and optimized design. 1.0.5 Standardized products with qualified inspection reports and meeting relevant national technical requirements should be selected for the design of integrated wiring systems. 1.0.6 In addition to complying with this specification, the design of integrated wiring systems should also comply with the provisions of current relevant national standards.
