Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, institutional requirements, requirements for food service personnel, requirements for food ingredients and pre-sale food, resource requirements, on-site management, payment methods, environmental protection, and service quality evaluation management for exhibition-related catering services.
This standard applies to the exhibition-related catering services provided by the organizers of exhibition-related catering (hereinafter referred to as the organizers) for exhibition activities.
