Abstract
This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of ethyl maltol in beverages. This standard is applicable to the determination of ethyl maltol content in carbonated drinks, fruit juices, protein drinks, and other beverages. The detection limit of this standard is 5.0 mg/L (signal-to-noise ratio S/N=10).
