GB 5009.237-2016 Food Safety National Standards: Determination of pH of Food
Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the pH of meat and meat products, aquatic products (such as oysters and sea oysters), and canned foods.
This standard is applicable to the pH testing of homogenized products in meat and meat products, as well as the non-destructive pH testing of post-slaughter livestock, carcasses, and lean meat, the determination of the pH of oysters (oysters and sea oysters) in aquatic products, and the determination of the pH of canned foods.
