Abstract
This standard applies to selenium-enriched yeast, a food nutritional fortifier, which is prepared by inoculating unmodified yeast with suitable fermentation nutrients, fermenting and culturing them to convert the sodium selenite contained in the culture medium into organic selenium, and then separating and drying it.
