Abstract
This document specifies the classification, usage conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of low-voltage reactive power compensation switchers (hereinafter referred to as "switchers").
This document is applicable to low-voltage reactive power compensation switchers with a rated AC voltage not exceeding 1,000V (or 1,140V) and a frequency not exceeding 1,000Hz.
