Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for nylon drawn filament. This standard applies to nylon 6 and nylon 66 drawn filament for civilian use with a linear density of 6 dtex to 600 dtex, a single filament linear density of 0.45 dtex to 35 dtex, a circular cross-section, and a glossy, semi-matte, or fully matte finish, which have not been twisted or heat-set. Other types of nylon drawn filament can be used as a reference for application.
