Abstract
This section specifies the terms and definitions of standard electric energy meters, product classification, usage conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage, etc.
This section applies to standard electric energy meters (hereinafter referred to as meters) with a reference frequency of 50 Hz (or 60 Hz), which are used in laboratories for testing and calibrating active and/or reactive electric energy meters.
