Abstract
This standard applies to food nutritional fortifiers, such as ferrous lactate obtained by reacting sodium lactate with ferrous sulfate or sodium lactate with ferrous chloride, or calcium lactate (ammonium lactate) with ferrous sulfate (ferrous chloride), or ferrous lactate obtained by reacting lactic acid with iron powder.
