Abstract
This document specifies the inspection methods for the appearance and structural dimensions of prefabricated insulated pipes for urban heating, including working pipes, insulation layers, outer protective pipes, hot water insulated pipes, hot water insulated pipe joints, hot water insulated pipe fittings, hot water insulated pipe valves, insulated pipe signal lines, steam insulated pipes and joints, steam direct buried insulated pipe fittings, and anti-corrosion coatings of outer protective pipes for steam direct buried insulated pipes. It also covers soil parameter testing, main testing equipment and instruments, data processing, and inspection reports. This document is applicable to the inspection and evaluation of technical specifications for prefabricated hot water and steam insulated pipes, fittings, and joints in urban heating systems.
