Abstract
This standard specifies the scope of application, definition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for non-polluting food preserved eggs.
This standard applies to non-polluting preserved eggs made from fresh duck eggs or other poultry eggs, processed by a solution or paste prepared with soda ash and quicklime, or sodium hydroxide and table salt, tea, and other auxiliary materials.
