Abstract
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for determining the residue levels of zearalenone, β-zearalenone, α-zearalenol, β-zearalenol, zearalenone, and zearalenol in animal-derived foods. This standard is applicable to the qualitative confirmation and quantitative determination of the residue levels of zearalenone, β-zearalenone, α-zearalenol, β-zearalenol, zearalenone, and zearalenol in beef, pork, beef liver, milk, and eggs.
