Abstract
This standard specifies the basic requirements and management guidelines for the premises, facilities, and personnel involved in the procurement of raw materials, processing, packaging, storage, and transportation during the production of fermented beverages and their mixed beverages.
This standard applies to the production of wine, fruit wine (fermented type), yellow wine, and mixed beverages made from fermented beverages.
