This document specifies the technical requirements for electric vehicle conductive charging connection devices, including voltage and current ratings, appearance, structure, environmental adaptability, electrical performance, and mechanical performance. It also describes the test conditions, test methods, and inspection requirements for electric vehicle conductive charging connection devices. This document applies to AC charging connection devices with a frequency of 50 Hz, a rated voltage not exceeding AC 690 V, and a rated current not exceeding 250 A, as well as DC charging connection devices with a rated voltage not exceeding DC 1,500 V and a rated current (continuous maximum operating current) not exceeding 1,000 A. This document does not apply to charging connection devices that use standard plugs and sockets compliant with GB/T 1002 and GB/T 2099.1. When the charging connection devices specified in this document are used in special locations such as water conservancy, mining, construction sites, and agricultural operations, or in fields other than road vehicles, additional requirements may be necessary for the installation location, operating conditions, usage methods, and environmental adaptability of the charging connection devices.
