Scope
本文件规定了电动汽车传导充电用连接装置的电压与电流额定值、外观、结构、环境适应性、电气性能、机械性能等技术要求，描述了电动汽车传导充电用连接装置的试验条件、试验方法、检验项目等检验要求。本文件适用于电动汽车传导充电用频率为50 Hz、额定电压不超过AC 690 V、额定电流不超过250 A的交流充电连接装置，以及额定电压不超过DC 1 500 V、额定电流（持续最大工作电流)不超过1 000 A的直流充电连接装置。本文件不适用于充电连接装置供电接口使用符合GB/T 1002和GB/T 2099.1的标准插头插座。本文件规定的充电连接装置用于水利、矿山、建筑场地、农业作业等特殊场所的电动汽车，或用于道路车辆之外的其他领域时，充电连接装置的安装位置、运行条件、使用方式、环境适应性等方面可能需要附加要求。
