GB/T 5832.4-2020 Gas analysis—Determination of moisture—Part 4:The method of quartz crystal oscillation
Abstract
This part of GB/T 5832 specifies the method principle, instrument requirements, measurement steps, result processing, and test report for determining trace moisture in gases using the quartz crystal oscillation method.
This part is applicable to the determination of trace moisture in gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, sulfur hexafluoride, carbon monoxide, nitrous oxide, and air, as well as their mixtures. It is not applicable to gases that are corrosive to quartz crystals or gases that can react with moisture. The measurement range is 0.1×10-6 (volume fraction) to 2,000×10-6 (volume fraction).
