GB/T 28563-2012 Electrical testing of thyristor valves for ±800 kV ultra high voltage direct current (UHVDC) power transmission
Abstract
This standard applies to thyristor valves used in ±800 kV high-voltage direct current (HVDC) power transmission systems, where the phase-shifting converters are directly connected to the valves at both ends and are equipped with metal oxide surge arresters. This standard is limited to electrical type testing and product testing.
The tests specified in this standard are based on air-insulated, water-cooled valves. Other types of valves may also refer to the requirements and acceptance criteria of this standard.
