GB/T 37312.1-2019 Process management for avionics—Electronic components for aerospace,defence and high performance(ADHP)applications—Part 1:General requirements for high reliability integrated circuits and discrete semiconductors
Abstract
This part of GB/T 37312 defines the minimum requirements for integrated circuits and discrete semiconductor devices in general commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products for aerospace, defense, and other high-performance applications (ADHP).
This part applies to all devices that operate normally within the rated parameters specified in the public data manual and comply with the IEC TS 62239-1 (ECMP) standard in ADHP applications. It can also be applied to high-reliability, high-performance devices used in other industries, but their use needs to be carefully evaluated.
In addition to complying with this part, it is necessary to improve the design of products or conduct further tests to verify their suitability for meeting the requirements of ADHP applications, based on the corresponding ECMP procedure documents. Additionally, devices that comply with the IEC TS 62564-1 standard may better meet the requirements of ADHP applications.
