GB/T 11805-2019 General specifications of automatic control components(devices)and their related system for hydroturbine-generating sets
Abstract
This standard specifies the basic technical requirements and system configuration requirements for automation components (devices) used in hydroelectric power station water turbine generators, intake valves, and speed regulation systems, and stipulates the corresponding test methods and acceptance rules, marking, packaging, and other content.
This standard applies to the manufacturing of automation components (devices) for hydroelectric power stations and the system configuration and acceptance of automation components (devices) for hydroelectric turbine generators meeting one of the following conditions:
a) Single-machine capacity of 10 MW or more;
b) Impact turbine units with a nominal diameter of 1.5 m or more;
c) Mixed-flow turbine units with a nominal diameter of 2.5 m or more;
d) Axial-flow, oblique-flow, and through-flow turbine units with a nominal diameter of 3.3 m or more.
For hydroelectric turbine generators, pumped storage reversible units, and tidal power generation units with a nominal diameter smaller than the above range, the system configuration and acceptance of automation components (devices) can be implemented as a reference.
