Abstract
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography method for determining natamycin in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of natamycin in cheese and processed cheese and similar products, cured meat products, meat (smoked, roasted, grilled), fried meat, Western-style ham, sausages, fermented meat products, mayonnaise, salad dressing, pastries, fruit and vegetable juice (puree), fruit juice drinks, and fermented wine.
