GB/T 3683-2011 Rubber hoses and hose assemblies—Wire-braid-reinforced hydraulic types for oil-based or water-based fluids—Specification
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for six types of steel wire braided reinforced hoses and hose assemblies with a nominal inner diameter of 5 to 51 mm, including an additional specification of 63 mm for type R2ATS. They are suitable for use with water-based hydraulic fluids defined in GB/T 7631.2 as HFC, HFAE, HFAS, and HFB, within a temperature range of -40°C to +60°C, or with oil-based hydraulic fluids defined in GB/T 7631.2 as HH, HL, HM, HR, and HV, within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.
This standard does not include requirements for pipe fittings, but only for the performance of hoses and hose assemblies.
Note: It is the user's responsibility to consult with the hose manufacturer to determine the compatibility of the hose with the fluid being used.
