Abstract
This standard specifies the technical conditions, flushing methods, and safety measures that should be observed during live electrical water flushing operations. This standard applies to live electrical water flushing operations of power equipment with an AC rated voltage of 10 kV to 220 kV in areas with an altitude of 1,000 m or less (excluding fixed-type water flushing).
