GA/T 766-2020 Methods for detection of PSA in human semen—Rapid test strip
Abstract
This standard specifies the testing principles, material preparation, operating methods, result determination, and precautions for the rapid detection of human prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in forensic biological evidence by using gold-labeled reagent strips. This standard is applicable to the detection of PSA in human semen (stains) related to sexual crimes in forensic examinations, including vaginal, oral, anal, and skin swabs, as well as all biological samples that may be contaminated with human semen (stains), such as toilet paper and clothing.
