Abstract
This document specifies the method of designating the grades of high-manganese steel with specified low-temperature performance for pressure equipment, the content of orders, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This document applies to high-manganese steel plates with specified low-temperature performance (hereinafter referred to as "steel plates") whose use temperature is not lower than -196 °C and whose thickness is 5 mm to 60 mm.
