Abstract
This standard specifies the harvesting and quality requirements for storing chestnuts, preparation and post-harvest processing before storage, storage methods and conditions, storage management, storage period, unloading from storage, packaging and transportation, as well as technical requirements for inspection. This standard applies to chestnuts (Castanea mollissima Blume) from plants of the Fagaceae family (Castanea Miller).
