Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, quality requirements, physical properties and hygiene indicators, inspection methods, labels, and storage and transportation requirements for edible lard. This standard applies to edible lard refined by high-temperature or centrifugal methods for supply to the market and food processing, but not to refined lard products.
