LS/T 3212-2021 Dried noodle
Abstract
This document defines the terms and definitions of instant noodles, stipulates the quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling and marking, as well as technical requirements for packaging, transportation, and storage of instant noodles.
This document is applicable to ordinary instant noodles made from wheat flour, with the addition of water, edible salt (or without addition), and sodium carbonate (or without addition).
This document is not applicable to colored instant noodles made from ingredients such as poultry eggs, vegetables, fruits, or other grains, nor to handmade instant noodles.
