Scope
This document defines the terminology and definitions of the surface layer used in disposable hygiene products, stipulates the classification and technical requirements of the surface layer used in disposable hygiene products, describes the test methods for the technical requirements indicators of the surface layer used in disposable hygiene products, establishes the batching, sampling, and inspection rules for the surface layer used in disposable hygiene products, and provides information on marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. This document is applicable to the surface layer materials used in the production of disposable hygiene products such as diapers (sheets, pads), sanitary napkins (liners), and women's sanitary pants.
