Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of epoxy fiberglass cloth laminates for lead-free soldering. This standard applies to epoxy fiberglass cloth laminates (hereinafter referred to as laminated boards) that are impregnated with epoxy resin, coated with copper foil on the surface, and hot-pressed to meet the requirements of lead-free soldering processes.
