Scope
This standard specifies the measurement method for the power consumption of smart lighting devices in non-primary function mode.
This standard does not specify performance requirements related to energy consumption, nor does it specify the maximum limits of power and/or corresponding energy consumption in non-primary function mode.
This standard applies to smart lighting devices powered by a supply voltage of no more than 1,500 V DC or 1,000 V AC at 50/60 Hz.
Note: Except for terms and definitions, "lighting devices" in this standard represent smart lighting devices, unless specifically indicated as other lighting devices.
