Scope

This document specifies the fuel consumption limits for light commercial vehicles, the calculation method and evaluation indicators for the average fuel consumption of enterprises, production consistency requirements, and the determination of the same model. This document applies to all N1 class vehicles with a maximum design speed of more than or equal to 50 km/h and M2 class vehicles with a maximum design total mass of not more than 3,500 kg, including vehicles that can run on gasoline or diesel fuel, pure electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and vehicles that run on gas fuel and alcohol-ether fuels. This document does not apply to special-purpose vehicles for operation.
