GB 14371-2024 Dangerous goods—Requirements of the hazard classification procedure and compatibility for explosives

Scope

This document specifies the procedures for hazard identification and sub-item testing of explosives and desensitized explosives, and clarifies the definition of assembling groups.
This document applies to the hazard classification assessment of various substances with explosive or detonation characteristics 1) or their articles (explosives and desensitized explosives as defined in GB 6944). This document does not apply to the assessment of the following hazards:
a) The hazards of explosives during the production process;
b) The hazards of unpackaged explosive substances during transportation;
c) The hazards caused by static electricity or electromagnetic fields;
d) The hazards caused by improper operation or unauthorized actions;
e) Special hazards under abnormal transportation conditions;
f) The hazards of missiles and nuclear weapons.
