Scope

This document describes a combined test method, mainly used for component-type test samples, to determine the resistance performance of the test samples under the degrading effects of high temperature/high humidity and low temperature conditions in an accelerated manner.
This document is not applicable to test samples that are powered throughout the entire test process. The test samples can be powered during the constant temperature phase of the test. Unless otherwise specified, the measurement of the powered test samples is typically conducted during the constant temperature phase of the test.
