Scope

This document describes the testing methods for the electrical insulation performance of the CICC (Conductor-in-Conductor Cable) type superconducting magnets, including DC withstand voltage testing, AC withstand voltage testing, and Paschen testing.
This document is applicable to the performance testing and safety assessment of CICC type superconducting magnets before they are officially put into use after the completion of the manufacturing process. The performance testing and safety assessment of other magnets with similar structures and operating conditions should be carried out in accordance with this document.
