Scope

This standard specifies the general principles, material requirements, road surface investigation and analysis, design of cement cold recycling mixtures, construction techniques, construction quality management and inspection, and engineering quality inspection and evaluation for the construction of highway cement cold recycling base courses. This standard applies to the on-site cold recycling construction of road base courses using cement as a recycled binder in highway projects, and can be used for the subbase courses of first-class and lower-class highways, and the base courses of second-class and lower-class highways.
