Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the exchange of payment information, the business process of information exchange, communication interfaces, message specifications, and security technical requirements between express service organizations and commercial banks, payment institutions, and bank card clearing agencies (hereinafter collectively referred to as payment service agencies).
