Scope

This document describes the absorption measurement of laser optical components and the high-spatial-resolution two-dimensional/three-dimensional scanning absorption distribution imaging measurement method. The absorption measurement of laser optical components is achieved through photothermal measurement, and the absorption distribution measurement is achieved through position scanning.
This document is suitable for two-dimensional/three-dimensional absorption distribution imaging measurement of laser optical components, that is, measuring the function of absorption with position, which is used for the detection of absorption defects/absorption distribution of large-aperture optical components in high-power/high-energy laser systems.
