Scope

This part of GB/T 39690 specifies the standard methods for sample preparation and performance determination of recycled polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) mixtures used in molding and extrusion of flexible and rigid consumer packaging. It is not applicable to recycled packaging materials used for transporting, handling, or storing dangerous goods. Since it is impossible to obtain information on the content of stabilizers in the recycled materials, it is necessary to add stabilizers as needed. This part specifies the pretreatment conditions and state adjustment requirements for the samples.
