Scope

This part of GB/T 7308 specifies the tolerances, structural elements, and inspection methods for integral flanged thin-walled bearing bushings with an outer diameter of Do up to 250 mm and integral flanged thin-walled bearing bushings with an outer diameter of Do up to 500 mm. Due to changes in structural design, there are no unified specifications for the dimensions of the bearing bushings.
The bearing bushings conforming to this part are mainly used in reciprocating engines. The bearing bushings consist of a steel backing and one or more layers of bearing alloy on its inner side.
In reciprocating engines, flanged bearing bushings and non-flanged bearing bushings can be used simultaneously.
Non-flanged bearing bushings can be used together with two semi-circular thrust washers (thrust plates) conforming to GB/T 10447, or combined flanged bearing bushings can be used to replace integral flanged bearing bushings.
Note: All dimensions and tolerances are in millimeters.
