Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the technical guidelines for the design and construction of typical pavement structures for rural roads in Yunnan Province, the basic requirements for the design and construction of cement stabilized in-situ cold recycling, stabilized soil design and construction, and the design and construction of upgrading macadam pavements. This standard applies to new construction and reconstruction (expansion) projects of rural roads of grades III and below in Yunnan Province. Other highway projects may refer to and implement it accordingly.
