T/GZTPA 0004-2019 Determination of Multiple Pesticide Residues in Tea by Liquid Chromatography
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the detection method for simultaneously measuring the residues of multiple pesticides, including imidacloprid, dinotefuran, carbendazim, cypermethrin, emamectin, chlorpyrifos, and abamectin, in tea leaves. This standard is applicable to the routine monitoring and risk assessment of pesticide residues in tea leaves from tea production bases conducted by agricultural product quality and safety testing stations at the county level in our province. 2. Normative referenced documents The following documents are essential for the application of this document. For referenced documents with a specified date, only the version on the specified date is applicable to this document. For referenced documents without a specified date, the latest version (including all amendment lists) is applicable to this document. GB/T 6682 Rules and Test Methods for Water Used in Analytical Laboratories GB/T 8302 Sampling of Tea; Main technical content: After soaking the tea samples in water, they are extracted with acetonitrile using high-speed homogenization, salt-out centrifugation, and purified with an amino-based solid-phase extraction cartridge. The pesticides are eluted with acetonitrile + toluene (3:1), and determined by liquid chromatography. The qualitative identification is based on retention time, and the quantitative determination is performed using the external standard method.
