Scope

This document provides supplementary content for GB/T 10095.1—2022. It provides implementation specifications for measuring the tooth surface of a single involute cylindrical gear (measurement objects include tooth pitch, tooth profile, helical line, and tangential comprehensive characteristics), explains the principle of the measurement device, provides recommendations for gear measurement methods and analysis of measurement results, and attempts to interpret the measurement results.
This document is only applicable to the measurement of involute gears and does not include the measurement of double tooth surface meshing gauges (see ISO/TR 10064-2).
