GB/T 20320-2023 Wind energy generation systems—Electrical characteristics measurement and assessment of wind turbines
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the definition, measurement procedures, and evaluation methods for the electrical characteristics of wind turbine generators. The content includes:
—— The definition and quantitative description of the electrical characteristics of grid-connected wind turbine generators;
—— Measurement procedures for quantifying electrical characteristics;
—— Procedures for assessing compliance with grid-connected standards, such as evaluating the power quality of a certain type of wind turbine generator installed in a specific location.
The measurement procedures in this document are applicable to single wind turbine generators connected to a three-phase power grid. This document only requires testing and evaluation of grid-connected wind turbine generators, but the measurement procedures are applicable to wind turbine generators of any capacity.
The measured characteristic parameters are only valid for the evaluated wind turbine generator product platform with a specific configuration and operating mode. If a measured characteristic is determined by control parameters and can affect the operating state of the wind turbine generator, it should be noted in the test report. For example: The disconnection level of grid protection is related to the unit parameters, and the test results are only used to verify whether the grid protection function is normal, without the need to obtain specific protection values.
The designed measurement procedures are as independent as possible from the measurement site to ensure that the conclusions of the electrical characteristics obtained at a certain test site are not limited by the site.
This document is applicable to wind turbine generators that are integrated into frequency-stabilized power grids through public connection points.
