Scope

This document specifies the general requirements for the calculation of oil volumes in dynamic measurement of petroleum and liquid petroleum products, as well as technical requirements for numerical rounding, preparation of basic data, calculation methods for oil volumes, and transfer and handover measurement certificates.
This document applies to the calculation of oil volumes in dynamic measurement of commercial petroleum and liquid petroleum products (hereinafter referred to as "oil products"), and does not apply to the calculation of oil volumes in liquefied petroleum gas and stable light hydrocarbons. The calculation of oil volumes for non-commercial petroleum can be used as a reference.
