Scope

This part of GB/T 9109 specifies the methods for calculating the oil quantity in the dynamic measurement of petroleum and liquid petroleum products (hereinafter referred to as oil products), defines the terms and symbols used in the calculation of oil quantity in the dynamic measurement of oil products, provides the calculation formulas for the oil quantity in the air under different measurement instruments or at standard reference conditions, and provides the relevant measurement parameters, correction coefficients, and their corresponding formulas and numerical tables involved in the calculation of oil quantity. This part is only applicable to the dynamic measurement of single-phase oil products. This part is not applicable to the calculation of the oil quantity of liquefied petroleum gas and stable light hydrocarbons.
