This document applies to Class II, Class III, and Class B forward-facing passenger seats and their vehicle fixtures in M2 and M3 class buses, as well as the restraint partitions installed in front of the seats and their vehicle fixtures in such buses. This document does not apply to rear-facing seats, side-facing seats, and their vehicle fixtures, nor to driver seats and their vehicle fixtures.
