T/ZJDJ 002-2022 Electric vehicle drive motor shaft
Basic Information
Scope
Main Technical Content: General Technical Requirements: The motor shaft shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. In case of special requirements, the manufacturer shall implement the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. Material Requirements: It is recommended to prioritize the use of alloy steels with the grades 20CrMnTi, 20CrNiMo, and 40Cr, 42CrMo in GB/T 3077-2015, or alloy steels with the grades 20CrMnTiH, 20CrNiMoH, 40CrH, and 42CrMoH in GB/T 5216-2004. Heat Treatment Requirements: 4.3.1 For low-carbon alloy steel materials, the pre-heat treatment shall preferably adopt the processes of pre-normalizing and annealing. After normalizing, the hardness shall be HB190–220; after annealing, the hardness shall not exceed HRB80. The banded structure shall not exceed Grade 2, and the grain size shall be not less than Grade 5. If spheroidizing annealing is performed, the spheroidizing degree shall not be less than Grade 4. For final heat treatment, the surface hardness shall be HRC58–63, and the surface structure of needle-like martensite and residual austenite shall not exceed Grade 4. The core hardness shall be HRC30–45, with low-carbon martensite and ferrite not exceeding Grade 4. The effective hardening layer shall be 0.3–1.3mm, and the allowable depth of the hardened layer shall be determined based on the strength and torque of the shaft. 4.3.2 For medium-carbon alloy steel materials, the pre-heat treatment shall preferably adopt the quenching and tempering process. After quenching and tempering, the surface hardness shall be HRC50–58, and the depth of the hardened layer shall be 0.5–5mm, with the allowable depth determined based on the strength and torque of the shaft. **Table 1: Requirements for Pre-Heat Treatment Process** No. Material Pre-Heat Treatment Process Hardness Remarks 120CrMnTi A
