Scope

This part of GB/T 37910 specifies the acceptance criteria for the display of defects in the radiographic inspection of welds made from steel, nickel, titanium, and their alloys. If all parties to the contract agree, these acceptance criteria can also be applied to other types of welds or materials.
The acceptance criteria are related to welding standards, inspection standards, regulations, or laws. This part is applicable to determining whether the inspected welds meet the welding quality standards by comparing the dimensions of the defects on the welding radiographs or images detected in accordance with GB/T 3323.1 or GB/T 3323.2 with the defect limits specified in this part.
