Scope

GB/T 3323的本部分基于数字射线检测基本理论和实际经验,规定了采用计算机射线照相(CR)技术与采用数字阵列探测器(DDA)的数字成像(DR)技术对金属材料焊接接头进行X和伽玛射线数字检测的通用技术和要求,包括X和伽玛射线数字检测技术的技术等级、一般要求及推荐技术(探测器系统选择、透照技术控制、图像采集与显示要求)等内容,规定了获得与本标准第1部分(GB/T 3323.1)基于胶片的射线检测技术同等检测灵敏度的数字检测图像的最低要求。
本部分适用于采用存储荧光成像板(IP板)的CR技术与采用数字阵列探测器(DDA)的DR技术,检测板、管焊接接头或其他焊接接头。
本部分不包含金属材料焊接接头数字射线检测的验收等级。
如合同各方采用低于本部分的检测条件,检测图像质量极有可能显著下降。
