Scope

This document specifies the grades, reference standards, measurement methods, tolerance values, and drawing annotations for the geometric accuracy of gear teeth (hereinafter referred to as "gear accuracy"). This document is applicable to single straight or helical gears with a basic tooth profile that complies with GB/T 1356, a normal modulus mn ranging from 1 mm to 40 mm, and a working tooth width b not exceeding 630 mm. Warning: Users of this document should note that they cannot use the accuracy values of unassembled gears to directly judge the performance of the assembled gear pair after assembly.
